 Pics from different places today.
It dawned on me that, although not necessarily untrue, I believe Villa's claim that they will have 2000 seats in the new stand by next Sunday to be misleading.
Why?
Simple. It will still be a bloody building site and how on earth they can vouch for the safety of 2000 spectators on a building site i'll never know.
It probably won't be allowed.
Perhaps this tunnel is for them?

And where are the players going to change? One of their jacuzzi thingies is still under the North Stand.

I still think the only people sitting in the new stand will be Ellis, Ansell and Stride. We wait with baited breath.
I also heard, more worringly, today that the disabled area won't be ready for the Chelsea game either.
Villa were supposed to erect a a temporary one whilst the new stand was being built (for people in wheelchairs etc.).
It looks like disabled supporters may have to miss the first game of the season or worst still a couple of matches until the new stand is complete.
Can these fools get nothing right?
